MVAREP is an organization dedicated to helping military veterans realize the dream of home ownership. We are made of of not only real estate agents, but lenders, home inspectors, appraisers, title and escrow, military veterans, active duty military, national guard, and anyone and everyone interested in helping and learning more.
This organization was formed due to the fact that military veterans, using their VA Loan Benefits, are at a disadvantage when attempting to purchasing a home in many situations. This is because there are sometimes multiple offers on properties, the home is in need of certain repairs, there is concern over appraisal issues, the veteran is sometimes seeking down payment assistance, etc...
It is the goal of this organization to level the playing field for our VA homebuyers and bring awareness to this issue and help real estate professionals and the general public understand the sacrifice these service members have made for this country as well as develop programs that will benefit everyone involved in any VA loan real estate transaction.
